Have you lost that sense of joy or the ability to know what you desire amid all the voices in your head? Are your days permeated by feelings of anxiety, depression and emotional paralysis? Do you often feel overwhelmed and caught up in a never ending cycle of negativity
You are not alone.
My approach is that through the rediscovery of a sense of self, a movement is possible. Your emotions matter more than you think and have their own seasons.
My practice is located in private consulting rooms on Grosvenor Road, Rathmines, Dublin, which is easily accessible with parking.
My position in the therapy room is informed by the singularity of each individual and their suffering. With this in mind, I take great care in tailoring your treatment to be every bit as unique as you are. Ultimately, my aim is to develop and foster a connection and create a space for you to talk about your experiences, allowing you to sustainably identify, re-shape and transform your own suffering.

ABOUT ME
I am a Psychotherapist with clinical experience treating adults and older teenagers, in private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide variety of presenting issues from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I am specifically trained in Lacanian psychoanalysis which offers a deeper more nuanced approach in dealing with issues such as rage or anxiety. Having previously worked as a Banker and Management Consultant prior to retraining as a Psychoanalyst, as well as being a busy mother of three young children, I believe that I have a deep understanding of the many pressures, strains and hardships faced by my clients. I subscribe to continuous professional development as part of my ethical commitment to my clinical work and always abide by the code of ethics set by APPI and the ICP.
